Our Journey Began With a Simple Belief Education Changes Everything
Sau Foundation was established in March 2025 in Pune by a group of socially committed individuals led by Dr. Sachin Shinde, Mrs. Susmita Londhe, Ms. Pradnya Gaikwad, Mr. Amrut Salunkhe & Mr. Gunvant Savlajkar.
Coming from rural and economically modest backgrounds, the founders personally understood the struggles faced by talented students who lack financial support and proper mentorship.
Inspired by the humanitarian ideals of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, Mahatma Jyotiba Phule, Rajashree Shahoo Maharaj, , Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar, Swami Vivekananda & Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam. the foundation was created with one vision:
To create an educated, ethical and empowered India.

Our Mission
At Sau Foundation, our mission is to provide equal educational opportunities for students from economically weaker and rural backgrounds in Pune and Maharashtra. We offer free residential UPSC and MPSC coaching for deserving aspirants and deliver value-based education to orphan and underprivileged children, with a strong focus on girls’ education.
Through mentorship and disciplined guidance, we aim to nurture socially responsible leaders who contribute meaningfully to society.

- A free residential UPSC coaching center
- A residential school for orphaned and destitute children
- A skill development campus for employability training
- A police recruitment training academy for rural youth
